Moscow (CNN)The crew from the Saratov Airlines flight that crashed near Moscow on Sunday did not report any issues before the plane crashed into snowy terrain, killing all 71 people aboard, condition-run media stated.
The plane was headed towards the Russian town of Orsk, close to the border with Kazakhstan. However it disappeared from radar soon after takeoff from Moscow's Domodedovo Airport terminal, Russian condition news agency Tass reported.
The plane went lower in Ramenskoye District, within the Moscow region, the Russian emergency ministry told CNN.
"The snow is extremely dense ... the Moscow region has already established a number of its heaviest snowfall in decades," CNN's Matthew Chance reported from Moscow. "It isn't obvious at this time whether weather was element in this crash."
Both flight recorders in the plane were at the disposal of investigators Monday.
The onboard voice recorder for cockpit conversations was discovered Monday in "acceptable condition," an urgent situation representative in the crash site told RIA.
Another device around the aircraft -- the flight data recorder registering details for example speed and altitude -- was retrieved on Sunday.
The reason for the crash remains uncertain.The Investigative Committee of Russia stated officials have launched a criminal analysis, as all possible causes are now being explored.
